The interior design focuses on well-being, with mechanical air renewal that guarantees continuous and quality ventilation in all rooms, creating an environment free of chemicals. Advanced insulation allows a comfortable temperature to be maintained throughout the year.
The house has 271.90 m² of closed living space, plus 55.52 m² of terrace and a 7.80 m² saline pool located on the upper floor. The ground floor includes the entrance, a guest bathroom, a kitchen-dining room with modern appliances and a direct exit to the patio through large windows.
