One room is at ground level, and two rooms more upstairs; the bedrroms share two brand-new bathrooms, one on each floor. The House It's light with white walls and wooden floors, with modern furniture. In the living/dining room, there's a comfortable seating area with satellite television, Dvd, and a fireplace. The kitchen has appliances including a new dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave. WIiffi is available on the whole house and garden.

Outside: “Can Bandera SunRise” is surrounded by lovely garden and flowers, lots of grass lawn space, with a great swimming pool with sun beds. There's also a large shady covered terrace with a barbecue, an another sun-terrace upstairs. There are palms and great variety of Mediterranean plants: cactus, Ficus, Fig trees, Vines, olive trees, louquat, citrus-orange tree, ornamental plants – Yucca, and two amazing carob trees lead in the main garden.

Surrounding Area: This enchanting villa is located in Cuxach area; The Villa has beautiful views of the mountains and forest around Pollença, and you don’t see any other villas from the House. It’s only 15 minutes walk from Pollensa. Beaches and the sea are just a short drive away at Puerto Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç (5 km). It’s Situated in a very pretty area of gentle countryside, ideal for cycling and walking. There is a bike trail directly from the House to Port de Pollensa Beach (15 min. by Bike) and directly to Pollensa (5 min. by Bike).

About the house there is an adjacent but separated house. But the houses are in a Finca where you feel in a lonely, private and calm place…besides there are a wall and a fence with protection to avoid being seen from the garden and the swimming pool. Beyond this, from the house you don't see any other villages and the views are like if you were in the middle of the field, surrounded by trees and you can see the mountains from the garden and swimming pool (see pictures). Is a lovely place.

Can Bandera SunRise” is a lovely family villa really practical for families with small children (we have a cot ), and just a short drive from the beach, and cafés, restaurants and bars in Puerto Pollença and in the old town of Pollença. And only 5 min. walk from the supermarket LIDLD & Eroski.
